In the fourth instalment of the Exile Wars, Cleo is headed for Felicitas. Langston Wheeler, the Elder of the Gentle Hand, allowed her daughter to die. She was ready to make him pay with that with his life.
But there’s an ultimatum – You can come face the consequences yourself, or you can have my army of Pigs (Space Orcs) and Mind Controllers invade Felicitas. What was Langston to do? Easy, serve, even to dying.
He goes to give himself up, but the Archons on Felicitas will have nothing of it. Rontak will ensure he will be the Ruler of Rulers by killing Langston. It was a run to the finish in this final story in the first act of the Exile Wars.
With insane battles, epic risks, and the final scene that ensures human space will be safe for generations to come, this story will have you reading each page with enthusiasm. But you will shed some tears.
But, it sets up the next act – Cleo and Langston’s daughter – Mercy. There’s always a twist!
